Shipping

Your shipping options will be given at the end of your order.  For all Australian orders, we post with Australia Post satchels.  You can choose Normal Post which takes approximately 7-10 days. Or you can choose Express Post, which is next day delivery if you are in an overnight zone.  Otherwise this can take approx 2-3 days.  We do our best to send orders out the day they are received, presuming we have the items in stock.    You will be notified by email or phone if there is a delay on any items.  We can not guarantee orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the same day.

All shipping is calculated by weight and destination of the order.  If you have any questions please contact one of our "Glitter Team Members" to help you.

International Shipping

We love sending fabric all over the world! We endeavour to make the ordering process as quick and smooth as possible. Here are a few things to note when you place an international order:

You have the options of selecting International Airmail or FedEx courier.  Unfortunately we're unable to replace any order that goes missing in transit when International Airmail has been used.

International Airmail can take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive, depending on the country.  
FedEx can take as little as 3-5 days to arrive, depending on the country.

For some countries, we need to calculate the shipping manually.  Please email us directly with your order along with the postal address.  Inform us what type of shipping you would like and we can calculate this for you.

All international orders exclude tax. Customers will be required to pay local tax before your order is released to you by the shipping agents. While we endeavour to keep our fabric prices as low as possible, this tax payment is out of our control.

Returns

Where products are proved to be faulty (not applicable if damaged in transit) Glitter and Dance is happy to exchange or give a full refund for that product. Returns will not be accepted if the customer orders the incorrect colour of fabric, or incorrect amount. No responsibilty will be accepted for fabrics after the fabric has been cut or changed in any form. If authority is given for goods to be returned due to the incorrect colour of fabric or incorrect size ordered, all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns will be accepted only if:  
  • Products are found to be faulty
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Not included in non returnable items above
  • Within 7 days of invoice date

 Please note

  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer & are not refundable.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns.  We suggest insuring your return item or ship via a carrier with tracking capability.

We accept no responsibility for damages of goods in transit
